Returns & refund policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from KAIA.The Label. If for any reason you're not happy with your order, you may return it within 30 working days from the date of delivery.
To initiate a return, please email us at kaiathelabel23@outlook.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with instructions on how to proceed.
Please note that items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached. We do not offer free returns at this time and customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a tracked delivery service and retaining proof of postage.
Any items returned to us without prior authorization or that do not meet our return policy requirements will not be accepted.
Product Quality Issues
If you receive a damaged or faulty item, or if you've received the wrong item, please contact us immediately at kaiathelabel23@outlook.com. We'll work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Refunds
Once we receive your returned item and verify that it meets our return policy requirements, we will notify you by email of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, we will automatically refund the original purchase price to your original method of payment.
Please note that depending on your bank, it may take up to 10 to 15 business days for the refund to appear on your account.
